Anyone care to enlighten me!!?

So many nice looking CBR's, R1 & R6's etc with no titles....are these stolen bikes?

Very likely.   Every DMV has computerized records.   No excuse for a recent model bike with a lost title.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

How can you go wrong?...salvage title, something wrong with engine, in good condition... [roll]

That could be one of our not so regular forum members former bike. Ken, maybe, ? who lived out in Waianae and used it as a commuter bike, traded it in, consigned it, with plans to get a Panigale?

Who knows what happened after that but it has the right amount of miles to be the same bike??

I think Ken's 848 had a red frame...

He had a white one though didn't he? No red frames on white bodywork until the Evo came out. We could go back through the archives. Computers have better memory than I do.

For the CL poster, the Evo did not come out until 2010.

Engine won't crank over, and it was dropped on
The left side, I'm going to go look at it in a few hours.
To see how bad. On the plus side the battery was going bad
When i traded it in. After 3 days if not on the battery tender
It wouldn't start. Only 1k miles more I'm thinking might still be the
Original battery.
