Okay my bad.  Seller is willing to show me the bike.  Reported it as a "base model".  That would be my preference due to the fact I'm not a big fan of electronics.  Problem is KBB for that is just $15,600.  Well below the asking price.

As far as SSD goes I have a hard time getting a safety check "out the door" there so I really have no idea what they charge for bikes.

I think the base Panigale goes for $16,995. plus tax & doc fees.  Maybe $18,200-$18,250 OTD.  Just guessing. YMMV.

No worries.  The seller is convinced his used machinery is worth a new price so it ainta gonna happen with me.  He emailed me telling me since he was so much older than me he felt he needs to give me an edumacation on buying used machinery.
