JC, Heather, Alf and Spider....

Great to meet you guys and thanks for venturing over to my lil patch o' twisties - hope you enjoyed the "tour" ... I had an absolute ball, anytime you wanna do it again just say the word  [thumbsup]

I rode home with a huge smile from ear to ear  [moto]...... until..... not 1/2 an hour after I left you... just leaving Korumburra on the Sth Gippy Hwy (where in 20 years I have never seen such a thing.....)  I came THIS CLOSE >><< to being wiped out by a 7' Kangaroo...  Only a large handfull of throttle saved my arse.....   :o

So anyway I had too much fun to let some overgrown marsupial spoil my day.....  [drink]
Cheers guys  [beer]

one of the signs warned about 'low lying branches 5km' then the next sign said "warning: koala bears'.....the dreaded DROP BEARS!!!!!

I started swerving just to make it harder for them to get me!

it has:

   2KM
WARNING:
<-------and then insert a picture of a koala

in a yellow diamond warning sign....I mean the animals don't bloody move.....so what's the warning for? I've never seen a koala cross a road!

Betty

Sorry you had me confused with the bear thing. Drop bears and koalas (not bears) are not the same thing.

On a related note I recently saw an echidna crossing the road whilst out for a ride ... two separate occasions in the one week. I don't think I have seen an echidna in a yellow diamond.

Glad you mob had a good ride.

I've got some but I don't get home until tomorrow then back to work Tuesday.  I'll try and get them up asap.  Ungeheuer's bike is very tasty.

Great ride yesterday.  Nice to meet you Unge and thanks for the tour round your playground.  Wonder if our ducs going round in circles woke that roo up???  Glad he didn't spoil your day.  [wine]

Yeah Madalf you need to get out and ride more!  [laugh]

Now off to show number 2.  Phew this weekend in Melbourne stuff is wearing me out.  :)

Really? I alway's thought they were. So whats a drop bear then? Like a bunyip, a figment....  ???

I saw a Koala drop out of a tree once, well, actually I didn't see it drop, I just heard the splash as it landed in the river nearby. Unfortunatly for the Koala the tree it fell out of was hanging over a 30ft cliff down to the river. The thing survived and slowly swam to the edge where it tried to find a way out. A bit of help with the fishing net and he was back on dry land.

???Geez, pester you mob for ages to go out for a ride and no interest.  Go on holidays (again) for a few weeks and all of a sudden every Duc and his dog's out for a fang.  A bloke's likely to get a complex!  [roll]

Good to see that you all got out anyway.  Hope you had heaps of fun!

So, when is the Christmas party?
'02 M900ie, DP CF mufflers, DP mirrors, CF side covers, beer tray, belt covers, and sprocket cover, K&N filter, clear indicators, Speedymoto 5 spoke clutch cover, etc, etc, ad nauseum.
