I would love it.

I have to admit though, I'd be scared.

I've never been a passenger on a bike and I don't like being then one without access to things like a brake or throttle ;D

It's worth it if you get the chance.  I've done it with Nick Ienatsch, Ken Hill, and Scott Russell, and I learned something every time.
