I thought the parodies during the election were some of the funniest stuff done on SNL, particularly Tina Fay doing Sarah Palin.

I couldn't believe how much she looked, acted and spoke like SP.

Almost creepy [laugh]

i had a better link for this earlier, but:

Palin told Oprah that at first she was only dimly aware of the popularity of Ms. Fey’s impersonations of her on “Saturday Night Live” (SNL). At one point, she saw a clip of the show, with the volume down.

“I thought it was me,” said Palin.

Tina Fay is a goddess and way the make the beast with two backs smart.

She is my kind of hot.

And a few decades too young.

I just watched the opening sketch from last night (I haven't regularly watched SNL in five or six years.)

Holy shit, it's the sharpest thing I've seen 'em do for a long, long while.

I'll post it, but can't really say anything about it since it's very political in tone. [laugh]

I go to bed early.  [drink]

I think it was on late at night down here, 11pm from what I remember. I've passed out by then.  :D

Now it's on at 7:30 on pay TV. Just when I was getting into it, they took it off.  [bang]
