Weight goal (w/monthly water weight gain variance allowed):  124-127

I have an idea of what I weigh now but need to find a scale to confirm.
It will be a stubborn and frustrating 8-10 lb loss. 

How long do I have to keep it off?   ;)

OK. weighted myself with only my riding jacket on ... 210lbs ... OUCH!!!!!

Then I took off said jacket and weight was 205lbs ...

Mmmmmm, oatmeal chocolate chip cookie....

Since BJ is going whole hog here with -20lbs, I'd like to note that I'm shooting for the -14lb mark that someone mentioned a while back (Carl?).  And honestly, I'd be happy with -10lbs.

Thanks for the reminder dp, but to clarify: I have a new phone with a new OS. For some reason this new phone is refusing to upload pics to flickr.  It's probably cause I'm techtarded, hopefully I'll figure it out soonish.  And then I can link from here.
