this is making me wonder....

how many calories do everyday activities burn?
i have a theory on a new workout. though part of it would require active participation on the part of someone else... [laugh]

i've been informed by counselors that bullemia doens't actually work. it just gives you bad teeth. anorexia seems to have better results up until your body starts shutting down and the mental issues associated with it.

Aaaaaaaand that's why I stopped drinking. Today will be 3 days without a drink. I hate myself. I can't wait to lose the 14lbs so I can get fat by drinking again.

I think I've sweated off 14 lbs in the last couple days. I hate Texas heat...love Texas...hate the heat.


I have the worst headache I've ever had. Coworkers told me it's the comming off a caffine headache. Haven't had a Coke in 3 days.


I feel tired and hot...and tired


I'm going to lose those damn 14 lbs though  ;D
