You guys must be economicallly sized.....
I'm 180'ish with no gear....are there any street legal bikes under 320 lbs?
Or are we back to the Borile again?
Wishful thinking, no doubt.  8) Although I DID have a 220 lb. Maico 440 GS with the same output as the Borile and know how THAT felt. (Wheelies in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th.  ;D)

Just glad I live in the country and have no real use for the Borile. If I lived in the city or the burbs, I might be pining away or eyeing the 401K.  [roll]

Maico 440GS?
I'd be in jail or a hospital with one of those equipped with a license plate.
Not really.

I've ridden open class 2-stroke dirt bikes.
They're kinda fun, like it'd be if you snuck up on mike Tyson.
But you always know chances are good you'll get hurt bad.

It has a plate and was "road-legal" in the day. I still have that plate! NJ ***CZ ironically.  8) I did ride it three miles on the road to get to my play mountain which was the training ground for several ISDT/ISDE Gold Medalists. Steep, tight, mud, trees and rocks. Everything in the middle there is linked and tight trails/state forest. http://binged.it/1l81yDL

Send me a PM with your e-mail if you're interested and I'll send you snaps the Maico specialist who bought it mailed my son. Seems it takes awards wherever he shows it. This is the collector/dealer. http://www.eastcoastmaico.com/

Checked it out. Some wicked little bikes. That 490 looked liked it punches above it's weight.

400 was "safe". 440, 490 and 501 could blow your foot off starting it, so I stayed well to the side and spun it with Heckel boots!  ;D

Looked at the eastcoastmaico website, no aluminum coffin tanks at all. Strange.

Came pretty close to getting one of those rotary-valve 125's back in the day.

Open class bikes in amongst the trees?
Like I said, made to hurt you.  :-\

Ducati is the pretty girl that can't walk in heels without stumbling. I still love her.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

Such a groovy little bike. Is that a TM flatslide rather than a Dellorto?
