"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

No modification goes unpunished. Memento mori.  Good people drink good beer.  Things happen pretty fast at high speeds.

It's all up to your will level, your thrill level and your skill level.  Everything else is just fluff.

But that Beemer will kick that Guzzi's butt.   [laugh]

Can anyone offer me a translation of the cartoon?

I plan to list the Federal Gov't. as a dependent on my next 1040 tax filing!

I have flying honey badgers and I'm not afraid to use them!

The fact that flame throwers exist is proof that someone somewhere said "I'd sure like to set those people over there on fire but I'm just not close enough to get the job done."

CONFIDENCE: the feeling you have right before you understand the situation.

Seller says it is 365lbs.  That's not hard to believe, the SL was 388 from the factory.  It looks like it has magnesium wheels, lighter than the originals, aftermarket triple.  Also has short reach manifolds which means either FCR or Dellorto 40 carbs -- and no airbox.  Relocated battery (shorai?) and CF exhaust.  The fairings are not the original -- the lights are gone, and I bet they are CF as is that seat.  No turn signals.

How can you even see the manifolds and where the battery is from those 2 pics?
