He didn't flip a truck.  He just left it on the street after running from the cops and headed directly into the yard of an off-duty DEA agent.  Oops.  I assume racing AMA Supersport must be part of one of those new fangled work-release programs.    

Anyway, it looks like something happened and he didn't make qualifying.
