Margaux's Lunch Tuesday, March 9th, 1pm

Back to the Margaux's lunch: Of those that attended has anyone gotten sick. And by that I DO NOT MEAN FOOD POISONING!! I felt great Tuesday and that night was feeling a little funky, nothing really worth noticing. But I woke up Weds. at 5:00AM feeling like I had been hit by an 18 wheeler and was shivering to death. It was uncontrollable. I bailed for the guest bedroom to not wake Jen and piled the blankets on but was still freezing. I have had about a 100 or higher temp ever since and a major headache and body aches that are out of this world. I got my first ever flu cold last Sept/Oct (like everyone else...) did the Tamaflu (sp) treatment thing and even got the "regular" flu shot when you could not get the H1N1 shot. In typical high fever fashion I go from freezing to night sweats... weee, what fun. I am finally going to the doctor this afternoon but I am just concerned that if I had it at lunch did I give it to anyone else. Who knows if it's even the flu but I can't put it off any longer, I feel like SHIT and Spring Break starts Monday! I can only imagine the happy faces at my house if I am still too sick to go.

Just hope everyone at lunch feels OK.

i started getting sick yesterday and this morning feel better.  did you pass on that "old gene" sickness to me?

That stuff you got Brian has been going around for the past couple of months. I got it about two months ago. Thing is it should be gone in a week or so. It comes on like that 18 wheeler but subsides fairly quick. Sorry to hear that you got it. 

My cure: two shots Irish Whiskey with stiff hot coffee and some Bailey's in the morning. Repeat 3 times daily. If still having symptoms add an extra treatment till passing out.

OK here, but my daughter is sick with the Flu. She came down with it Wednesday afternoon. It's pretty much going around AGAIN....
