Turns out the little joker that came by yesterday doesnt know shit and covered his ass by saying the mother board and inverter were bad.

The official GE tech that came by today put his official GE analyzer on it and.determined it was the inverter.  $530 including parts and 20 minutes, fridge is a hummin!

I listened to a new employee complain all day yesterday about only getting a monitor and no "hard drive" for her new computer. purchasing dept responded today - get this - her new computer is an all-in-one model... lmfao!

Although I fear el presidento would get the same exact 'puter as a replacement and I'd be back at square one.  As I mentioned to Randimus, I just need to find a job in the for-profit sector.  

Or simply somewhere where they understand the concept that cheaper is not better and costs more in the long run.  Sigh....
