Those have been around, unchanged, for at least 15 years.

I've got a pair that I used for racing back in the day.

They're very basic, not a lot of protection compared to modern boots.

I have a pair of their Sport Racer boots, very comfortable both on and off the bike.  Their style is more traditional classic looking not flashy.

Bates is a custom leather shop, you can design your own boots jacket and pants and they should be able to make them.
