One of us is confused.

If you want an Iphone /Ipad to use a 3G service in the US it has to be AT&T. T-Mobile uses a different band for 3G, EDGE will work but is slow. Verizon and Sprint are CDMA so will not work.

ah, now I'm on track.  so no known cracks for 3gs 3.1.3 yet then?
