i use this almost everytime before or after a ride, and works very well. it can be picked up at just about any store for $10 or less. it just LCD/plasma TV screen cleaner. the G&E one comes with the cleaning solution, cleaning cloth, and a dust removing brush.

i clean the exterior and face shield with it, and leaves no scrathes, film, residue, or hazing. i went on a ride and had a lot of bugs on the shield and helmet. so when i got home, i did like a presoak. sprayed the cleaning solution on the affected places and let it set for a little bit. after soaking, the bug guts loosened up and wiped away without damaging the finish.

I use Novus spray which I won at a raffle. It's intended for use on plastic lenses and wind shields. Besides cleaning, it's anti fog, anti static and dust repellent.  Stuff works great on cleaning up a helmet. Until recently, I didn't know how to get more, except online. But I accidentally found it lurking in the shelves of The Container Store for $8 for 8 oz.

They almost make two grades of scratch remover - but I hae no FHE with those.
-Throttle's on the right, so are the brakes.  Good luck.
