Race talk - WARNING!! SPOILERS!!!

Going to watch that tonight when I get home.  Found out that they were doing a re-broadcast yesterday evening and got the DVR going on that.

Program guide the other day listed it as Race 1.  Recording listing showed it as WSBK Race 1.  Imagine my surprise when 2 hrs of soccer showed up as motorcycle racing.

Well it's been confirmed that Crutchlow will replace Hayden on the factory Ducati and Pol Espargaro (Moto2) will replace Crutchlow at Tech3.  I hope Crutchlow has negotiated a huge salary bump, since he's currently on a very competitive satellite bike at Tech3!  Scott Redding (Moto2) will also move to the GP class, but to "which" team has not been confirmed.

Meanwhile, Hayden is still weighting his options upto the next round.  Ducati is allegedly trying to keep him in the Ducati family, but in a different role whether it's satellite Ducati GP bike or WSBK.

Strange weather...you're being threatened by tropical storms and potential hurricanes...meanwhile DC metro area is enjoying mid-to-low 80's...during August?!  The weather has made my summer transition back to DC a lot easier.

Can't find the MotoGP Indy race on Oceanic's schedule...I've got the DVR set for Saturday's qualifying and the Moto2 & 3 races (Ch241 Fuel) on Monday, but no MotoGP...

I heard the new Fox sports channel was going to take over some events from Speed, but can't find anything scheduled...

Fox Sports 1 launches this weekend and will carry MotoGP as well as other shows.  They are taking over Ch. 241 Fuel (as FS2) and Speed 214 (as FS1).

MotoGP will be shown on FS1 Ch. 214...but as of now Time Warner (Oceanic) and Fox have not come to an agreement regarding $$$, so it's questionable as to whether we'll get it or not.
