On a glock?

Should be about 3 minutes. ;D

Doing fine with the 1911.  Glock - pretty consistently center gut shots.
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

230 grain gut shot should work fine, unless you're aiming for the head. [laugh]

Center chest so it is only a couple inches.  Still on target, so close enough that anyone coming down the hallway that shouldn't be isn't leaving in good health...

But still...

They don't get shot once, so it don't make the beast with two backsing matter where the first shot hits, cuz he's got a bunch of friends right behind him.  ;)

Looks like the native Americans have outsmarted the California politicians.

I've decided I need a bipod on my 10/22, which I use for squirrel hunting and coyote sniping.

Anyone have an opinion on whether the bipods with the "pivot" feature are worth it, or is it a solution to a problem that doesn't exist?

Also, any suggestions on what length legs to get?

Definitely get the swivel mount unless you are shooting it off a bench or other level surface.  I cheaped out on the Harris for one of my AR's... and I regret it.  As far as length, it depends on where you are shooting from and at what angle; the longer the legs, the more unsteady it gets, however.

Not what you asked, but might want to use something with a bit more oomph for coyotes.
And the sugar fountain fairy swore so hard when she came to super-size that stale hope soybean; liiiike a homeless German woman. Who is this super-sizing spirit-crushing femme? And tell her I'll break a tree root up in her shrimp.

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw thatâ€"it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

That QD rail mount looks like the hot setup.  Mine is the (very) old-fashioned one that has a ring through the swivel stud... very uncooperative.  I bought a second set of forearm covers so I can just swap covers out if I want to drop the bipod.

Using the term sniping was misleading.

It's a triple tap to the head, inside 20 yards, type deal.
