Just kidding, Journeyman.  This was my route in and out of the town I was in last night.  As clean as it looks, there were a ton of landslides and rubble on the road, so I couldn't really get into the twisties with full vigor.  Add to that the random goats and donkeys and cattle around blind corners.  Oh, and if you go in too hot and run wide, the fall isn not a short one.

But yeah, hell of a way to spend a Thursday morning.   [Dolph]

We do have this nearby  [laugh]  No idea why the road is like this, it's not due to grade or any other engineering issues that I can see, fun little sop though!

Spots like that are nice.  I can thread together a ride that has three of those crossing the ridgeline between NC and TN.

thing is, it is now open to general traffic, too many cars with donkeys behind wheel that do not know how to stay in their lanes in a turn and big trucks going on light speed . . .plus a few more potholes
