Both the house's and the garage's you can't stand up in and the garage's has interesting but not creepy stuff in it.
That's the attic above an apartment I've been helping someone move to and since the access is through one of the kid's rooms, I added a lock to the door. We don't want whatever materializes on that couch-thing at night to come down for a visit.
