Caleb, yes send the rain please....ur bike is pretty much Frikkin sportbike...anything is when you grind the sides on pavement! ;D

What do you mean you have to take the BRC & the sport bike course too? You don't have either one? The sportbike course will suffice. You don't need to take both. Just FYI.

Well, its a command requirement for Navy flight school, specifically API. I do have the BRC, but I took it back in 2005, so it doesn't meet their "within 3 years" requirement. I will ask again, but I'm sure I'll just get the same answer I've gotten from everyone else, and that is take BRC, then the sportbike class. Either way it doesn't matter because the next available sportbike class isn't until the 21st I think...

The AFI currently states that it's recommended to take a class every 3yrs but it's not req'd yet. Supposedly they are going to mandate the every 3 year thing sometime but right now it's not req'd. As far as the navy is concerned, I don't know their rules. I only know the AF rules.

It's not a Navy requirement, but if your command wants you to do it, then you do it. If you don't, its akin to disobeying an order. It's especially important to do what your command wants you to do if you're in flight school and every little bit of difficulty your command gets from you results in them degrading your score, then you do what they want.

Pam requested a ride on the S4RS...avoided all the bicycle riders, cages and  [leo] going up the Crest and back. Was good to see Larry, Jim, Tara and to ride with Tony and Joe.

Just got home 7pm, what an amazing ride to Sipapu with Jim and Tara and my ride home from Tres Piedras after seeing L'scott's awesome school house!

Pam just asked me to post up about a riding opportunity...I know it's short notice.
All NMMR hooligans are invited to her niece's graduation party in Taos at Bent Lodge #93.
Emileah Lujan is hosting the party from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
If anyone is interested, I will take the 1098S for a high road run. [Dolph]
Saturday that is :)

We took some bikes up to the show on Sunday. I rode my Beemer Cafe. There were some nice Duc's. The 750 GT were in force and some racing Duc's also from Busque Farms. I met a Scott with an all carboned out street fighter that was pretty cool. I also saw 2 900 ss and met the owners can't remember their names. A younger gut from SF and an older, very nice gentleman from ABQ. There was a beautiful 34 Guzi there also. Someone took a lot of pics of the my bimmer for something. I got a little sunburnt and had a good time. Rode my friends 77 FLH home.
