Karl my legs hurt! That's why they shake like they do when were at the top of the crest. Maybe a lack of blood flow? Ever hear of this happening to others? I want to break a bad habit if that's what it is so do u have any thaughts?

Binomonkey?  Is that Zipp?  If so, welcome!  If not, WTFAY?   ???

Your legs are shaking because you're using them in a way to which they're not accustomed........Matt's little willy shakes when he...oh....wait.....nevermind...I told Krystle I wouldn't tell anyone what she told us.   [evil]

We now return you to your regularly scheduled program, already in progress.

Bjorn,
Not sure what would cause the shaking but hanging of the bike you use muscles that you normally don't use, hence they get sore especially if you only do it occasionally.
Two Crest runs get my muscles sore the next day and running around the race track from 10 to 5 make them really sore...but it's a good sore  ;D
If it's not an adrenaline rush or you didn't get chilled due to the fresh temps, I would get it checked out. Does it only happen when you ride your monster?

Hey Bjorn, sorry jokes apart, I rode behind you and your riding positions seems fine and so does your boot on pegs...If is not due to cold, you better get that twitch checked! It is not common. I have some issues due to my ACl and meniscus surgery below right knee, but the adrenaline only fixes it! The blood flow is good in my case. Take care...!
