Welcome, DucLuvr!  Always good to see another friendly face on the forum.  Nice scooter!

If you have questions about meeting places, or if you need help deciphering the shorthand used here, just shout out for help.  For instance, if you, like Wayne, have no man thong, simply state that you have no appropriate Ducnight wear and I'll gladly loan you one (as I've volunteered several times to loan Wayne one, by the way).  You might wanna wash it first, though, as like my Ducatis, my man thongs don't get washed very often....so they might smell slightly of our cloven-hoofed brethren.   [evil]

Are you familiar with CAD (Coffee at Dawn) in Cedar Crest?  That's the kickoff point for most of our local Sunday Crest rides and our early season Madrid or South 14 rides.  If not, just take I-40 east to the Tijeras exit, then take 14 (Turquoise Trail) north three or four miles and you'll see Coffee at Dawn on your left as you enter the Village of Cedar Crest.

If we're going to Taos or Jemez we often meet at the Starbucks in Bernalillo.  To get there take I-25 north to the US 550 exit and go west.  Starbuck is maybe a mile out (or less) on the right.

I look forward to a ride in the near future.  If you feel like Saturday rather than Sunday just post something in the "Who's Riding This Weekend" thread and I'm sure you'll find some takers.  Otherwise, see you Sunday.

Also, you might want to consider a track day.  The next one is Saturday July 24th at Sandia.  It's sponsored by PJ's (the local Ducati dealer), so come out and support the marque.  I'm strongly considering taking a bike or two out there to get used to the new track configuration before the race day on the 25th.

I always wear my man thong with the ass-less chaps everywhere I go.:)

I live in Rio Rancho so I very familiar with the Charbucks in Bernalillio.

Been to CAD's a couple of times. I won't be able to make it this Sunday as it is my daughters 4th birthday.

Do you have to wear leathers for the track days? I only have textile gear ATM.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys/gals.

I am off to find a new goat...
