When posting a video, all you need to post is the url.  The forum will automatically embed it.

Now how you managed to post them twice, I'm not sure.

I did it too at first, it's because we are used to copying the 'embed' code from youtube

apparently now it is simpler you just post the url indeed but it took a few tries to figure it out..
