Ive got the bug and looking to customise my S4R a bit more (and that will most probably be it..... for now)
Ive got a navy blue with a white dtripe duke and it has white wheels. Im not to keen on the white and am thinking of either going a Matt Black or the Bronze colour.

I am useless with colours etc (i cant visualise what will look good or crap for some reason), so hope these combos will look ok... i Put them in the configurator on the website and it doesnt look to bad.

Can anyone recommend a powder coater in sydney (preferably someone who works on bikes and possibly would like to take the wheels apart  ;) )

Is there any sort of treating or anything prior or after to be done that i should be aware of?

Thanks again in advance!

Poor ignorant man [bang] Once you've got the bug, it's never finished. Get used to it and embrace it ;D

Gold/bronze isn't such a bad idea [thumbsup] Maybe consider dark grey instead of black? I think black might "kill" the blue. If you go with dark grey, maybe add white or gold rim tape/stripes.

I was talking about the black "ceramic headers". Better to leave them natural.

The configurator shows the wheels as much blingier than they will be in reality.
I still think it's a good idea.

MattyVas has been more then helpful pointing me in the right direction, getting them painted instead of powder coated. Im quoted up and most prob will get it done next week. I ll post a photo when its done

yes I did note the Goldfish reference on the configurator - definite credit to them - actually a great bit of work if I do say so myself.  [thumbsup]

I want Carrozzeria wheels for Christmas but will in reality paint or PC my stock, heavy Brembos. I would consider painting them myself given the paints available now and the expense of stripping the wheels and new bearings for PCing.

To the configurator I go.
