Battery shmattery.  Chuck this sucker in your pocket and you are covered! 5000mah.  Standard battery for the droids is 1500, not sure what the iphone's battery is rated at.  Compatible with both +.

not surprising, "phone" radio sucks more power than wifi radio...

yep, I posted earlier that 3G is a battery killer. When actually connected to wifi, your phone should good for the battery. When not connected, the phone is either 100% on 3G and sucking down battery or worse on 3G and trolling for wifi.

Amazing that the phone was better with wifi on.

I thought it would be the other way.

Although when updating something simple like the weather when the wifi mode is on it was a quick update but when in 3G only mode the update took a while longer. Not that is was that much longer but it would appear that the phone now had to "work" a little harder to get the info into it.

BIG difference between communicating with a router <20ft from you and a celphone tower >1mi away.

I opted for a 4s instead of the 5.  I don't see much difference between the two...

5 is lighter, battery lasts much longer, processor is faster. Screen a bit bigger. I liked my 4 fine.
