Need some housing help downstate

I have a friend looking for short-term housing in the Valhalla area from Oct. 25-Dec 17.

She will be doing an 8 week clinical rotation at the Blythdale Children's Hospital.

She's studying for her Phd in Physical Therapy. 

She has a car and is willing to commute. 

Anyone have any ideas or a spare room she could stay in let me know.
