Thinking of fitting paddles on the Monster for Thursday.  But will probably stay with friends in Melb and come back Friday instead.  Riding with a new back tyre in torrential rain is not my idea of fun.

err yeah because the tyre will still have the sealant on it making it double slippery!  Good thinking Heatherp!

just finished packing and loading up the bike - now to have a good night's sleep.  Looking forward to seeing fellow Oz Monsters down the Island.

Bloody pouring in Tas at the moment. I might get a clear window to head north to Devonport on Thursday and down to the island on Friday. Gonna have to pack all the wet weather gear now.

If i remember to take the OZ monster cards you might all get one left on your bike. Maybe pick up a few new members.

I'll be heading down Friday morning, well thats the plan at this stage - depends on the weather and how many drinks I have with 3 Crow Eaters who will be crashing here thursday night.
