NEXT TWO WEEKS  Tuesday 10/12 & 10/19  or Thursday 10 /14 & 10/21  I leave from E. Dallas 9AM go out over Tawakoni - hit some curves for a while - Lunch at E. Texas Hamburgers in Mineola - back in Dallas by 3:00 PM before anyone knows you are missing!  Could go and/or return earlier times.

It's about 250 Mi. with a third getting to/from playland through nice country, no highways required unless you need to blast back :P ! Midweek is sweet with not much happening between school bus times !  ;D

[evil] Anyone able to play hooky ? I'm no daredevil/speeder just out for an uptempo cruise. [thumbsup]

As always, I'm interested! No on Tuesdays, have to pick Colin up at school at 3:00. No on Thursday 10/14... wedding anniversary. Yes (depending on weather) on Thurs. 10/21. Don't plan around me, too many issues. But if Thursday 10/21 comes along and it's not raining cats and dogs I'm in... I know how you love those sweet 'tater fries and free beans! [thumbsup] And they do make a GREAT burger!!! I've walked in at 2:30 on a weekday, well after the lunch crowd, and there is still a line of locals stacked up waiting to order. What does that tell you? ;D
I plan to list the Federal Gov't. as a dependent on my next 1040 tax filing!

Let's see what happens weather wise and decide on Monday - launch can be from Starbucks in Rockwall 2935 Ridge Rd # 575, Rockwall, TX‎  south side of I30 on Ridge Rd.   Or from Chubby's 11331 E Northwest Hwy.  Again we can decide on Monday.

Well it looks like Thursday 10/14 works best for me commitment wise & there is some small leftover rain possibilities ( or puddles ) in E Tx for Tuesday.
