This is a nice piece of legislation that helps police and just might help slow down bike thefts. Good for that officer and legislator to work on getting it passed. It's a small thing but anything helps! [thumbsup]

there is no one thing that comprises security. It's a multi-layered approach so yes, any little step is better than none.

Better than nothing but these dont work on ducs right?  Because of the immobilizer?
