Well...not necessarily car/bike related...and I haven't talked about it much publicly, but for the past year I've been working as lead designer/engineer for a startup company making luxury houseboats. We litteraly staretd with an empty shop one year ago the 1st of last January and are now working on our 6th boat. These are the largest boats you can put on Lake Powell, AZ, 22' x 75', 3 stories tall, 6+ bedrooms, all high end finishes inside. They carry up to 4 personal watercrafts behind them. We are *trying* to finish up one of the smaller boats for the Barrett Jackson Auction to put on display. So...not sure if I'll get to go, but one of our boats might!

That's cool D. We'll have to keep an eye out for the display (though I imagine as big as it is it'll be hard to miss!!)

My friend coordinates all the model/promo and such. I might actually take her up in tickets this year since she always offers them. Might as well say I went at least once. See you there Deitrich

Well shoot... Looks like the boat is not going after all.

Too many logistical and financial issues at this time.
I've never been to Barrett Jackson, tickets are steep, and I don't watch TV. Maybe next year!

We just saw that the tickets are $40+ dollers per person - that's outrageous!!!!

Unless we find a good deal, we won't be going. I was looking forward to it though. $:-\$

Where do you get tickets? I clicked around on the site and couldn't find anything. Can you get 'em at the door. My best friend is coming in this weekend, and I think it'd be cool to go.
