Well when we decided not to bother there was only kinda one ... and kinda another half:

Sounded like a reluctant offer to help, rather than any real interest in the ride (no offence Rob).

Mick was out.

... and this was only a half. Not knowing where we were going was going to make it hard to make arrangements to meet up 'somewhere'.

So I figured it was best to not trouble Ducmonrob to come up to meet us nor have Brian chasing us around in the afternoon considering we are not really local to Rob and would probably be on a different path to get home late in the day. .................................typing and txtíng........leave just one smiley face out or the use of a wrong word.........and it can change completely the meaning one is trying to get across.........,,,  enough said......enjoy your weekend all and stay cool.......... :)

But in a determined effort to live by his new moniker commitment, can't even stick to Brian ... and I am left confused by his morning commitments - or as it seems lack of mornin

Its too hard, too hot and would be a very early start ... so we're out. Apologies for any inconvenience but that is why we pulled the pin yesterday so people can get on with other things.
Dearest Betty
I have an important appointment at 10.30 am Saturday that takes precedence, hence my change of plans, but that doesn't prevent  me from having breakfast at Pits at 8am. I do hope that this solves your confusement and concern regarding my Saturday morning. I  hope it wasn't me that caused the plug being pulled here...   Oh yes....and re my message to mmick....if you read back you will soon realise that he too can't do this Saturday....i meant  down the track with anyone else in the forum who was interested

For me its a work commitment thing, I'm sure you all can appreciate that, as this will be a new contract and at this stage I'm unsure of its length, usually several weeks, but anyway another ride will come around I'm sure, like Mark said, at least people did'nt pull out on the day, that would have been crap.

Brian, I will have to give you an exclusive tour of the Southern Highlands  [thumbsup] ;D

                                    Mmick
This won't hurt much.... Trust me......

Yes it is going to be very hot though I did want to go for a fang with th 998 as I just fitted a PC3 which has made the bike sooooo much nicer to ride!

Nice words Brian. keep up the good work! [clap]

Mick all is forgiven. Work is more important than not having a job! Keep up the good work. [thumbsup]

Brian you are always welcome to visit the deep south.

and my machine service too...?    ;D   hey, i just bet that "The Bronster" is keen to meet me...........psychologist you said Nick...?.....will be a litmus test for her i feel...... [thumbsup]

Now I want to see you carry your Giotto on the Monster - that's worth a photo. The Bronster, being a defacto member of the Oz Monster clan, is always up to meet fellow riders. Not a psych, but socialologist background..

I havent asked in partcular, but I'm sure she's already got an impression of you Brian!

Betty

That explains a few thinks Goldie ... she must be fascinated with this bunch of misfits.

We know a couple of psychs from the diving and car scenes ... it would seem I provide an interesting case study for them [laugh] :-[

Hi. I’m Troy McClure. You may remember me from such self-help tapes as “Smoke Yourself Thin” and “Get Some Confidence, Stupid!”
NYTimes: "...highlights of his global tour include encounters with Nelson Mandela, an 800-year-old demigod and a dildo collector."

Betty

Well we are finally home (but home before dark). Loooong day out ... thanks for the company guys.

Just a tad warm ... but on the road it actually wasn't that bad. Ohh and it gave someone the opportunity to show off her new Ducati bikini.

As always Brian ... nice photos ... sneaky as ever - in fact, I can't remember some of those being taken.

Matty...................................................................
Brian , if your interested
is giving lessons on photobotch.
He let me in on his secret methods that he developed
over years of puter work.
Of course it took bribing him with some of Newport's finest
home brew [drink]. [drink] [drink]
He uses a pair of scissors ,magazines from under his bed hmmmmm  :o
some spit to stick them to the screen and his ever ready trusty i phone
which if anyone has noticed lately is housed in a woman's purse ;D
Classes start Monday.

You now have your "FREE"stainless bolts that i bought for you. so i see the gloves are off and the nastiness starts. While you were at home in your Pittwater Peninsular Palace drinking what i class as illegal moonshine, or should i be more upfront and call it swill...?, us guys and gals were battling the elements  down south as arranged by Mark & co.
My only reply to you,  Dez/Two Dogs..is........"have a nice day"     !      [popcorn]  [popcorn]  [popcorn]
p.s........don't think for a minute that i didn't see your dog peeing on my wheel while i was inside giving your those FREE Bolts........!

Two dogs

Oh now I feel really ashamed for sledging Brian [thumbsdown]
I yes had probably been imbibing to much of that illigal moonshine ,
mental note to myself : don't DMF under the influence!
So apolagies Mr Brian and a huge thankyou for those bolts that you
brought down to me on the hottest day of the summer.

Now if you need some band aid's for that thin skin Ill post em too you ;D
