I hear they're still giving out questionable loans.  Just go in with a $20 bank check to the closing.  When they all look at you funny you just respond with "What?  You all send $20 down right?"

The track will be all yours.

Don't make any payments and complain that the the economy has gone bad and they need to adjust the principle.
