O.K. tomorrow a.m. I'm going to borrow a wheel chock from Will (thanks very much!) then I should be able to start dismantling everything by noon.  It's not a complex job so I would think I can start trying to fit the new pipes by 2 or so.

Of course I'm not factoring in any time for cleaning every single part in sight... as is my custom    

So, I'll still be at it Saturday for sure    In fact, if you want to come over on Saturday morning or afternoon and help or just supervise, we'll have burgers and brats out on the grill.
