Things down south are not much better at the moment. A fleet of motorcycle cops working the traffic through Albion Park and highway patrols from Albion park up to Wollongong. the stretch between Wollongong and Heathcote also full of mobile go getter's, Booze bus  set up at Engadine. Not so much focused on bikes but just about anything with wheels.

They are probably in bad moods considering they are working the festive season, but in a way I'm glad they are there considering some of the less intelligent drivers we came across whilst on our trip home yesterday. One interesting sight to behold was the group of teens who had lost dads jet ski of the trailer not far from Kiama (100 km zone)...... Just imagine one of those coming at you from across the road while your on a bike.

Just checked with an anonymous person very high up in the DOC, rule 211 states,.....any concourse winner for the previous year  caught speeding, breaking the law, or generally just making an ars of himself looses his plaque and rosette.......
