just rounded a hex bolt on my clutch....

no chance of fitting the 5mm key in there, the imperial is no help either, can't cut a slot into it for a screw driver as its heavily recessed, tapped one in but it couldn't get enough bite, torx bits couldn't get enough bite either (didn't wanna tap them to hard, get the feeling the cast clutch basket may be a little brittle) , and i don't have any easy outs or reverse drill bits big enough.... grrrr

debated about drilling the hole a little bigger to jam a 5mm key in but i think I'm better to be patient. ill have to goto hardware store tmr for easy outs/reverse drill bit

get a flat screw diver ,grind to just slightly bigger the allen head then grind each side like a knife gently tap in and place a set of clamp plyers om the screw driver handle and undo easy  cheers bazz
