A long 3+ Months

Yeah I'd have to say that if my bike was delivered back to me after three months away being fixed and it was still filthy from the crash I'd be sending a "rocket" up the repairer and the insurance company.

That is just plan poor service and the fact you've waited three months makes it worse IMO.

Your exactly right Matty. I gave the insrance company a call and let them know. Years a go i would have fought it until i popped a blood vessel in my eye. I can call them, let them know , rant on etc but really no one cares. Its unfortunate but good service went out the door year ago.

The response from the insurer was the standard "we are really sorry and ill pass it on to management" pfft!
