Thats the thing.  I do have strong kicks. All the karate has left me with that much at least. What I don't have is strong thighs to take kicks with. And the only thing that makes that better is practice lol.

Those leg kicks hurt no matter how you look at them.  preferably you arent looking at the kicks with your face.

All the pro-am guys have LIGHTNING fast kicks, not so hard, but snappy is the best way to decribe them. next thing you know it, you have whiplash on ur theigh caused by the dudes shin. then you wake up the next morning and you cant walk!!!

I finished an hour and a half sparring session 30 mins ago. In still shaking and nauseous. Damn that was a good workout.

Back to the grind today though, getting the pros ready for their fight in two weeks is make the beast with two backsing rough.
