As others have mentioned.. GET A LAWYER. I´ve had to file a suit against the lady who ran me over as MY and HER insurance co. are in what seems to be cahoots to put me over a barrel and get rough with me without any lube.

Do it before it´s too late.

He should have serious tickets. This wasn't an accident, it was an on-purpose.
He purposely drove into on-coming traffic 
I wasn't able to stick around to see what the police did. I'll be talking with them to find out.

If it's got registration it's insured, and it had tags.
In Cali you can't do much of anything with a car until you get Insurance.... Thankfully
