Buy a second bike with a fairing. [thumbsup] [Dolph]
My thought as well... this sounds like a perfect reason to pick up a used ST2/3/4...

It's the reason I have my monster and BMW... Best of both worlds

I really don't want two bikes.  I want the 'perfect' one bike.  Otherwise, I would have kept my latest sportbike when I bought the Monster.  It is the closest thing to a perfect bike I've ever had; I just want to 'fix' the few things I don't like about it...

Raux, your future project is exactly what I had in mind.  Is that a custom-made front fairing?  Who is building it?

Headlight means very little to me.  I ride less than 1% of my miles at night anyway.  It just needs to work somewhat well, and look good.

Thanks,
Mike

PS-Similar in style but producing far superior lighting would be the LSL Urban headlight conversion...one of my guys has it on his S4RS and it works great! Spiegler is a distributor for LSL....

Would you have any pics of those headlights on a monster? I'm thinking of putting them on my 09 696.
