First: extinguisher retardant is corrosive -- get it off by whatever method as soon as possible.  Rust is preferable.  It's why I always grab a halon fire extinguisher if around a vehicle.  Make 1000% sure you don't have that stuff down the intake manifolds, etc.

Result: looks like it's time for a complete revamp and heavy customization project upcoming for yourself.  I guess it will be nicknamed the "Phoenix Monster" after rebirth.

note: Glad to hear nobody was hurt or other damage occurred to surroundings.

I don't think you need to worry about the insurance man's decision

that is a total loss as far as they are concerned

a cosmetic total at the minimum

but a buy back/rebuild looks pretty viable
