Account Suspension Error

Hi Candice
Happy New Year and I hope you had a good Christmas break.

I'm guessing there's a glitch in the online program as my account got automatically suspended and I cant get back in to online shopping. I reopened an account yesterday but the system has shut me out. Not sure how to get back in.
