Though i think your next project is to work on those chicken strips ;D

Careful there Rob. The skinny tyres on the little bikes have a much different profile to the bigger bikes - I think to get to the edge of those there will be many and varied hard parts scraping up the road firstest.

Looks good Suzy ... no further work required for good internet photos ;D

WHAT DID YOU DO TO YOUR MONSTER TODAY ?

Well nothing today actually ... but over the last several weeks we have had an exchange program running down at the Clinic. So now all three Monsters are back home and feeling better ... thanks Mike.

My bike has new tyres and a slight problem has been fixed on Trev ... has certainly made someone smile.

Have let my son "borrow" it for the Easter weekend.

I hope he is careful as I would hate for it to be damaged in any way.

Love the write up and pics of the seat mods Suzy! :) Been considering either doing that or buying the DP comfort seat.. Could save a few $$ DIY'ing!

Didn't do anything to it today however before going away for Easter I'd ordered some new parts: Trucklite LED headlight for OEM bucket, ASV shorty levers in black and a Renthal 14T sprocket! :D

Watch out for the potholes that will swallow you up! A guy I have ridden with on a SC was doing the straight just before the bus stop hit a pothole and got into a slapper. End result -

I wasn't on this ride as they were going from Yatala to Grafton for a hardcore ride. I am not that keen. But his jacket rode up and got some pretty bad road rash. Looked very sore -

I said I'd get some pics of my new Rizoma triple, bars and fluid tanks and the DP saddle bag. Well it stopped raining in Melbourne long enough for me to get the camera out so here they are.

This is the bars and triple, you can see the black fluid tanks as well, they looked better than the stock 'medical sample jars'.

The drop in height is just enough to be comfortable and changes the whole look of the bike I think.

This is the DP Saddle Bag. First up is the fabric sleeve that replaces the seat cowling.

This is the bag at normal height, with the zip extender closed.

and this is with the extender opened, you get another few litres of storage. It wasn't cheap, $280 if memory serves but its a really good solid bag, waterproof and fits on the bike really well, its streamlined to boot so you don't get a lot of wind drag.
