My S4RS is red>white... apparently it is all ducati have left! Works out fine, it was the colour I always wanted

Where? Who's beans? What machine? Closer to 14 or 20 gram doubles? 25 or 30 second extractions? Naked or spouted portafilters? Less than 5 day old beans or older than 5 days? La Marzocco or Synesso? Tweak the grinder for ristrettos or just tamp heavier? Conical or flat burrs?

We need _answers_ damnit!
