Ride most mornings to work... 30 odd K's and back in the arvo. Damn cold in Melbourne at the moment too.

Welcome Polly.  Yep it's pretty damn cool for riding but it's only going to get worse 

Post up when you plan on doing your long ride and you may be able to scrounge up some company but it's hard work with the Melbourne lot.  (I don't include myself in that cos I live 300kms from Melbourne  )
