I can highly recommend the Stay upright course.
It,s run at Mt. Cotton, got a lot out of it after being off bikes for a couple of years, really helped me to get my confidence back.

Good to have more women on here.  But another Tassie - I'm jealous.  The way things are going Tassie will overtake Vic if we're not careful. Oh well you're just a short boat ride away and good to come visit in summer time
