****admin please move if you think it needed to*** didn't this belong to wanted to for sale

So the question is how much to offer for this baby:

2007 M695
Only 214 miles
Looks very clean and completely stock.

Asking $5,499
KBB $4,499

I'm thinking of putting an offer for $3,000.  <--- this is an insult? help me decide.

thanks in advance

$3K might be a bit low and pushing the realm of decentcy...but I guess that depends on what is wrong with it...

4k is more realistic. its going to need belts from the get go (if original) and the tires are old(ish).

I probably wouldn't offer $3K.  If I were to sell a bike and somebody came in with an offer at 65% of my asking price, I'd be a bit ticked off.  Anyway, $4K would be reasonable.  I would also do a search for similar bikes in your city/state for price comparison.  Price may go up and down based on supply and demand and/or economic condition in your area.

yeah I think 3k is too low too.

4k is good...i mean the asking price is 1k over KBB for which i understand bc it's only 214 miles on it.

don't know about demand but supply here where i'm at is pretty low...the listing has been there for a while though.

checking it out this weekend and will see if we can bring it home  [thumbsup]

not for me...this is for a friend that loves my bike so much, now he has to have one too.
