These (if you have a 696/796/1100). They look amazing. I got them if you want more pics

^ I was wondering how the hell those things installed... that looks hot! how far out from the frame are they?

Here's a couple

They definitely look the best IMO but they make me a little nervous. When I got whacked off my bike in November and the bike went down pretty hard, the frame was untouched, without the sliders. Now I have the sliders on and I am wondering if in the same scenario they would somehow cause the front end of the frame to get damaged. Hopefully I never find out.

maybe it's just wide enough to keep the frame/case from hitting while letting the bars be sacrificial?

hmmm...

anywho, they do look good

Has any one got R&G teardrop or Lsl sliders?
They look a bit different to the typical round ones.

How do they do when the bike is actually crashed?

IMO, looks are great, but i'd rather they perform their actual function.  FWIW, I've dumped speedymoto and fastbike slider equipped bikes with "good" results (crashing a bike sucks regardless).

I have the R&G sliders, but on my Aprilia.  They worked excellent when I lowsided the bike at the track at about 70 mph.  I did break the right rearset, but engine/bodywork was saved due to them.
