Been looking at these designs, http://moonshine-still.com/table-of-contents/  got the skills, got the tools.
Any thoughts and/or suggestions?

I was about to say "Don't post evidence of legally dubious activities on a public forum" but then I remembered you're not from the U.S.

So instead my suggestion is "give us a detailed build report, so us Stateside folks know exactly what to never ever do, lest we accidentally end up with booze." ;D

You can get a home distiller's license in the US.  I forgot the quantity limit, but its something like 100 gal per year max.

Some states also have brewer's licenses so you can't even make your own beer without paying the taxman, mostly north eastern states.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

Ok then, don't share any pics or drawings you don't have.

There are a ton on ebay: http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p5197.m570.l1313&_nkw=copper+still&_sacat=See-All-Categories

You might be able to steal some ideas from them.

After taking a couple organic chem classes I really wanted to build a still and try my hand at making Bourbon.  I decided that I wouldn't have the patience needed to let it age properly and quickly gave up on the idea.

Maybe one day...

good luck and don't forget the cure for methanol poisoning is drinking more booze... pretty much a win win!   [drink]

I had read, at some point several years ago, that one could get a license to produce small quantities of fuel alcohol. I've never heard or read anything that definitely said drinking alcohol could be legally produced.

The Alcohol Tobacco and Trade Bureau has an application on their site for the production of ethanol for fuel:  http://www.ttb.gov/forms/f511074.pdf

(Not to redirect this or anything. I'd still really like to see the equipment put together by those of you in locales that permit such things.)
