They are not considered destructive devices by the ATF. Not many restrictions on owning one.

I notice a lot more vendors are using USPS and USPS final delivery options.

Our carrier is good, but some of the alternates just plain don't deliver stuff.

We deliver a lot of packages to the USPS for final delivery, the next day. Cheaper for the shipper.
