Was watching a show on TLC or Discovery or something and it was about a crew clearing avalanche areas in the Swiss Alps using that thing. Pretty awesome piece of kit.

yep the show with the Swiss crew clearing flood damage and rebuilding a bridge in a steep ass river valley - that's how I learned about it.

Saw one of those at the Channel Island Harbor this past weekend, they're using it to refurbish the revetment.
